My product improved customer brand loyalty, benefited from an improved response rate and lower cost of the product,and operates in highly competitive market place for luxury beauty products where customer retention is the key performance indicator.
Costumer retention thats what I am,where costumer returns to buy for the second time, and keep it as a customer.This is most likely to purchase of similar, or the next level.
